Updates, backups, test orders and security checks for your store every month, so payments keep working and orders keep arriving. You get a short report of everything that was done.
Choose the Store Care Plan if your WooCommerce store takes real orders and nobody tests updates, backs up order data or checks payments each month. For a plain business website without a store, the Website Care Plan is enough; if the store is broken right now, start with Store Migration & Rescue. MD Shamim Mahmud looks after WooCommerce stores month to month with tested updates, backups, checkout tests, security checks and a report.

How do payments work?
Each month is paid upfront, with an invoice and a receipt. There is no long contract: you can stop with 30 days’ notice.
How do you test updates without breaking my store?
Updates are tried on a staging copy first. If something breaks there, the update is held until it’s fixed, and your live store isn’t touched.
Do you place real test orders?
Yes, the ones agreed with you, such as a card or bKash payment that is then refunded, or a cash-on-delivery order that is cancelled.
What if the store goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts me, and restoring the store is part of the plan.
Do I keep control of the store?
Yes. Hosting, domain, licences and payment accounts stay in your name.
Is this different from the Website Care Plan?
Yes. Store care adds staging tests, checkout tests, order-safe backups and payment and email checks.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month; give 30 days’ notice and you get a final backup and report.
