How do payments work?
You pay 50% to start and 50% once you’ve checked the products and confirmed them. Every payment comes with an invoice and a receipt.
What format should my product list be in?
A spreadsheet is ideal, but supplier CSVs, exports from another store or even folders of photos with notes work too. I’ll tell you if anything is missing.
Can you add variable products with sizes and colours?
Yes. Each option gets its own price, stock and image where needed.
Do you write product descriptions?
The SEO package includes titles and short descriptions. Longer descriptions are available through Product Descriptions in the content services.
Can you upload to Shopify?
Yes, on request. The service is built around WooCommerce, but Shopify uploads work in a similar way.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 days per 100 products, depending on how clean the data is.
Will the products show on Google?
They’re set up with clean URLs and product schema so Google can read them. Google decides what to show, so rankings can’t be guaranteed.
