// In short

Is it the checkout, or something else?

Choose Checkout & Conversion if your store gets visitors and add-to-carts but too few completed orders. If very few people visit, the problem is traffic, so SEO or ads come first; if the store is broken or slow, Store Migration & Rescue; if products are missing or messy, Product Upload & Listing. MD Shamim Mahmud reviews WooCommerce funnels in GA4, places test orders on mobile and fixes the checkout, product pages and trust signals.

// Who it’s for

Signs your checkout is losing orders

If one of these sounds familiar, the checkout or product pages are likely costing you sales.

  • Lots of abandoned carts

    People add products, start checkout and disappear.

  • Mobile orders are low

    Most visits are on phones, but most orders come from desktop.

  • Customers message to order

    Buyers ask on WhatsApp or Messenger instead of using the checkout.

  • Ads bring clicks, not sales

    Ad spend goes up while completed orders stay flat.

// What’s included

What the review looks at

The audit covers all of these. With audit + fixes, the agreed changes are made and tested on your store.

  • Funnel data

    GA4 view-item, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase steps.

  • Checkout fields

    Every field questioned; only the ones you need are kept.

  • Guest checkout

    Buying without creating an account, if it suits your store.

  • Shipping clarity

    Delivery cost and time shown before the last step.

  • Payment options

    Card, wallets, local gateways or cash on delivery where available.

  • Trust signals

    Reviews, returns, contact and secure-payment notes near the button.

  • Product pages

    Photos, price, options and the add-to-cart button on mobile.

  • Speed

    Slow cart and checkout pages found and fixed.

  • Order emails

    Confirmation emails checked so customers trust the order went through.

  • Priority list

    Each issue ranked by likely impact and effort.

// What usually changes

A checkout that asks for less

Most checkout fixes are simple: remove a step, show a cost earlier, add the payment method customers expect. Here’s what a typical store looks like before and after.

Fewer fieldsShipping shown earlyMore ways to pay

Typical before

  • An account required before buying
  • 14 fields, including fax and company
  • Shipping cost revealed at the last step
  • Only one payment method
  • No reviews or returns info near the pay button

After the fixes

  • Guest checkout with an optional account
  • Only the fields needed to deliver
  • Delivery cost shown on product and cart
  • Card, wallet, local gateway or cash on delivery
  • Reviews, returns and secure payment near the button

// FAQ

Checkout questions

What store owners ask before changing their checkout.

Still have a question? Ask me directly

How much does checkout optimization cost?

A checkout audit with a ranked priority list starts from $199, and audit plus fixes from $499 (USD), about 30% below what comparable freelancers typically charge. Ongoing optimisation is quoted after a free call.

How do payments work?

You pay 50% to start and 50% when the audit is delivered, or when the fixes are live and working. Every payment comes with an invoice and a receipt.

Will this increase my sales?

It removes the problems that commonly stop people buying, and the before-and-after funnel shows what changed. Sales also depend on your products, prices and traffic, so I don’t promise a specific increase.

Do you need Google Analytics?

It helps. If GA4 ecommerce tracking isn’t set up, I set it up first so the funnel can be measured.

Will you change my checkout without asking?

No. Every change is listed and approved first, made on staging and tested with real orders.

Can you add bKash, SSLCommerz or cash on delivery?

Yes, where your business is approved by the provider. Merchant accounts stay in your name.

Is a one-page checkout always better?

Not always. Fewer fields and clear costs matter more than the number of pages. The audit looks at what your customers actually do.

How long does it take?

An audit usually takes a few days; fixes take a few more days depending on the list.
