// In short

Is a business website the right service for you?

Choose a business website if you have no site yet, only a social page, or a DIY site you have outgrown. If your WordPress site works but looks dated, a Website Redesign fits better; for one campaign or ad, a Landing Page; for selling products online, a WooCommerce store. MD Shamim Mahmud builds 5–10 page WordPress websites that you own and can edit yourself.

// Who it’s for

Is a new website the right step?

This service suits small businesses, clinics, trades, consultants and local brands in one of these situations.

  • You don’t have a website yet

    Customers search for you and find nothing, or only a social page with no details.

  • Your site gets visits but few enquiries

    People land on it, but the services, prices or next step aren’t clear enough to act on.

  • You can’t update it yourself

    Every small text or photo change means waiting for a developer or a plugin you don’t understand.

  • You’ve outgrown a DIY builder

    Your Wix, Squarespace or template site limits SEO, features or how it looks on phones.

// What’s included

Everything a business website needs

These are part of every business website project. Hosting, domain and paid plugins are listed separately in your proposal.

  • Page plan & sitemap

    Which pages you need and what goes on each, agreed before design starts.

  • Content guidance

    A clear structure for every page. Copywriting can be added if you need it.

  • Custom design

    A layout built around your brand, not a theme demo with your logo on it.

  • Mobile-first build

    Designed for phones first, then checked on tablets and desktops.

  • Speed basics

    Compressed images, lean layouts and caching, checked with PageSpeed Insights.

  • SEO setup

    Titles, meta descriptions, headings, sitemap and schema with Rank Math.

  • Ready for AI search

    Clear answers, FAQs and structured data that Google and AI tools can read.

  • Easy ways to enquire

    WhatsApp, call and email buttons or a form, placed where visitors decide.

  • Analytics connected

    Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up and verified.

  • Security & backups

    SSL, security basics and a backup plan in place before launch.

  • Editing guide

    A short video guide showing how to update text, images and pages.

  • Full ownership

    All files, content and admin access are yours after payment.

// Pages you’ll get

A structure built around your services

Each main service gets its own page. Visitors find what they came for faster, and Google and AI search tools can match each page to the right searches.

// FAQ

Business website questions

Straight answers to what small business owners ask before a new website.

Still have a question? Ask me directly

How much does a business website cost?

A 5-page business website starts from $499, and a website of up to 10 pages from $849 (USD), about 30% below what comparable freelancers typically charge. Larger sites and custom features are quoted after a free call. You get a written quote with the full price before work starts. Hosting, domain and paid plugins are separate.

How do payments work?

You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch, after you have reviewed the finished site. Every payment comes with an invoice and a receipt, and the scope, price and timeline are agreed in a written proposal first.

How long does it take to build?

A 5–10 page business website usually takes a few weeks. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback come in, and it is confirmed in your proposal.

How many pages does a small business website need?

Most small businesses need Home, About, Services, Contact and one page for each main service. FAQs, case studies or a blog can be added when they help customers decide.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, business details, photos and some notes about your services. If you don’t have written content, I can structure it for you or add copywriting to the project.

Will I be able to edit the website myself?

Yes. It’s built with Elementor or the WordPress block editor, and you get a short video guide on updating text, images and pages.

Do you set up the domain, hosting and email?

Yes. I can recommend hosting for your budget, set it up in your name, and connect your domain, SSL and business email.

Is the website SEO-friendly?

Yes. Page titles, descriptions, headings, schema, sitemap and speed basics are set up before launch, and each service gets its own page. Rankings still depend on competition and ongoing work, so I don’t promise positions.

Can I move my Wix or Squarespace site to WordPress?

Yes. Your pages and content are rebuilt in WordPress, and old URLs are redirected where possible so visitors and search engines find the new pages.

Who owns the website?

You do. The files, content and admin access are yours after payment, and the domain and hosting are in your name.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of free fixes for anything that isn’t working as agreed. After that, you can run it yourself with the guide, or choose the monthly Website Care Plan for updates, backups, security checks and small changes.

Ready for a website that brings enquiries?

Send your business name and, if you have one, your current website. I’ll reply with a page plan and the next steps.
